Safety and Health Assessment System In Construction (SHASSIC) Assessor
Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction or SHASSIC is an independent method to assess and evaluate the safety and health performance of a contractor in construction works/ projects. SHASSIC was developed by a Technical Committee comprises of industry stakeholders. It was published as Construction Industry Standard or CIS 10:2008 in November 2008

Continuous Contractor Development Program (CCD Programme)
CCD program is designed to enhance knowledge and relevant soft skills among contractor. The trainings are conducted all yearround covering various topic such as Human Resource, Site Management, Contracts Management, Project Planning, Project Risk Management And Financial Management to name a few. The CCD points collected is essential to renew CIDB license.

Construction Personnel Competency Based Training Programme (CCP)
The Construction Personnel Competency Based Training Programme (CCP) are designed to provide certification to construction personnel on various disciplines of the industry. Specific pre requisite qualifications are outlined and competency certification will be awarded upon successful assessment/ examination at the end of the training.. Trainings are scheduled year-round, covering topics such as Traffic Management, Project Management, Quality Management, and various other disciplines.

Quality, Safety, Security Health & Environment Programme (QSHE)
The Quality, Safety, Security Health & Environment Programme (QSHE) promotes the importance of having safe and healthy construction environment . Apart from producing competent personnel required by law such as Safety & Health Officers (SHO), Safety Site Supervisors (SSS) and various safety & health related courses are also offered for the benefits of the construction industry.

CIS 7 Assessor Competency Course
Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) is a certification scheme developed by CIDB and assessment is carried out based on the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7) to measure quality level achieved in a completed project.
IBS Professional Training Programme
This training programme is meant for IBS professionals, targetting architects, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, mechanical and electrical engineers involved in building projects.

Industrial Seminar
Industrial seminars are platforms for industry players to share insights, ideas and experiences, as well as to form better understanding among the players and the way forward for the local construction industry.

Special Projects
CIDBH is the enabler for trainings and knowledge transfer programmes such as the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), apprenticeship programmes held in collaboration with industry partners, and G2G (government to government) skills training and assessment programmes.
