Position Overview
- Role: Executive / Senior Executive
- Location: Kuala Lumpur. Office-based with travel required for project/program needs
What You Will Do
As a key member of our department, you will be responsible to support the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects. Your daily impact involves:
- Strategic Planning: Supporting the design, coordination, and execution of various projects and programs.
- Documentation Excellence: Preparing proposals, working papers, and essential project documentation.
- Governance & Monitoring: Overseeing project progress to ensure everything runs smoothly and remains compliant with strict governance standards.
- Procurement & Contracts: Coordinating the “nuts and bolts” of our operations, including procurement, contract management, and supply or construction delivery.
- Impact Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports on project milestones and financial expenditures for our stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a primary contact for agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive candidate who brings a blend of technical expertise and management skills:
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Information System, Technology, Business Management.
- Experience: 2-3 years of solid experience in managing construction/supply projects or grant-based programs.
- Specialized Knowledge: A firm grasp of procurement and contract management, grant administration, and technical reporting.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management systems. Candidates that have experience using Digital Technology or AI to optimize workflow will have an added advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
