What is Assure

A new online system to facilitate product certification and consignment test for importers of construction products / materials, which is a compulsory requirement to obtain PPS.
What is PPS?
PPS (Perakuan Pematuhan Standards)
Building materials that are subject to the 4th Schedule of CIDB Malaysia must obtain a certificate of standard compliance (Perakuan Pematuhan Standards –PPS) as the main condition for the certificate of approval (COA) application process.
What is COA?
COA (Certificate of Approval )
The program is part of the Customs Act (Prohibition on Import) 1988 Amendment 2003/2004 to ensure the quality of imported construction products. The construction materials listed in the Customs Act must have a Certificate of Approval (COA) from CIDB before materials can be imported into Malaysia.
