CIDB Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has expanded its Product Certification Scheme through the introduction of the CIDBH Eco Label Certification Scheme, developed to support the Government’s Green Procurement initiative and Malaysia’s broader sustainability agenda.
The scheme promotes the use of construction products that have been assessed and certified based on environmental criteria, while encouraging manufacturers to adopt more responsible and sustainable production practices.
About The Scheme
The CIDBH Eco Label Certification Scheme is designed to reduce the environmental impact associated with construction products throughout their production and use. It provides recognition to products that meet established eco label criteria and supports the construction industry’s transition towards greener and more sustainable practices.
By implementing this scheme, CIDB Holdings supports national initiatives related to green building practices, green procurement, and low-carbon development.
