Position Overview

What You Will Do
As a key member of our department, you will be responsible to support the end-to-end lifecycle of our projects. Your daily impact involves:
- Plan project and program activities to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Implement projects and programs to ensure alignment with the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate resource allocation to meet the expectations of each implementation initiative.
- Monitor and coordinate interdependencies between projects and programs—such as policy amendments, system integrations, project and program readiness, third-party networks, and others—to ensure alignment with the set timelines.
- Oversee project and program activities, risks, and issues, and provide updates to relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure execution remains on track and within defined parameters.
- Maintain centralized records for all project and program information and documentation.
- Organize meetings, including participant preparation, logistics, and venue arrangements.
- Ensure timely reporting to committees and comprehensive monitoring of project and program progress.
- Ensure meetings, documentation, issue reports, and approvals are managed systematically and executed correctly.
- Supervise program implementation budgets.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive candidate who brings a blend of technical expertise and management skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, administrative support, program management, strategy, business performance, operations, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Understanding of project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English and Malay).
- Proficient in presentation and communication skills.
- Digitally savvy and able to adapt to new technologies.
- Experienced in managing digital projects and programs.
- Capable of monitoring and managing program implementation performance.
- Able to plan budgets and make resource projections.
- Self-motivated and highly initiative-driven.
